The bogus contract shown on this website includes under Article 5, paragraphs C and F, reference to certification as a fund administrator by MIGA, the World Bank's Multi-lateral Investment Guarantee
Agency. The quote below is an extract from an email sent by Michael Durr of MIGA, indicating quite clearly that the MIGA certification referred to in the bogus contract DOES NOT EXIST:

MIGA offers no such certification. Nothing even close. I would be extremely careful dealing with anyone claiming they have certification from MIGA since we do not offer it.

The Chief Justice of the DIFC Courts, signatory to the contracts, really is Sir Anthony Evans. His signature, and the stamp on the contract, are either forgeries, or copies pasted into the contract document.
